Bradley M. Armagost

Bradley Michael Armagost, 41, of Buffalo, NY, sadly passed away on December 22, 2023, at Buffalo General Hospital succumbing to a long battle with Epilepsy.

Born with a sense of adventure on June 10, 1982, in Olean, NY, he was the son of Michael and Cynthia Armagost, Salamanca, NY.

Brad was a Salamanca graduate who was so fond of his time at school he had two senior years, graduating in 2001.

Following High School, Brad attended The Metal Work Institute of Western New York where he earned his machinist certification. Brad was employed in various construction areas in the Buffalo, from dry wall to plumbing and heating, he was a jack of many trades.

He truly called Buffalo home and loved the cultural diversity, Buffalo Sabres, and hole-in-the-wall restaurants. While there, he accumulated many friends from all walks of life. It didn’t matter if you were homeless or a millionaire, he was the best friend to all and always willing to lend a helping hand. Brad was always down for an adventure. He enjoyed traveling with friends and spent time out west and up and down the east coast. Brad loved camping, fishing, skating, and skiing. He was always on the go, and the one thing he always carried with him was a quote from Mark Twain “The human race has one really effective weapon, and that is laughter”. Brad had the ability to spread laughter, joy, and lightness like no other.

Surviving besides his parents are: a son, Owen Michael; two sisters, Miranda (Dylan) Davis, Hiliary (Tim) McElwain; two nieces, Abigail and Alivia; four nephews, Bentley, Wade, Briggs, Drew. Brad also leaves behind a couple brothers from other mothers, Lee Hyson and Andrew Murphy and dear friend Dan Greenway.

In true Brad fashion, as the last act of helping others, he was an organ donor. Brad was able to be a Christmas miracle for multiple families.

A celebration of life will be held at the Holy Cross Athletic Club, 35 Clinton Street, Salamanca, NY on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Epilepsy Association of WNY, 339 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14222.

Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY.
