Brian C. Miller

Brian C. “Pa” Miller, 70, of Salamanca, NY died Sunday, August 13, 2018 at home.

Born August 13, 1948 in Salamanca, he was the son of the late David and Charlotte Gordon Miller. He was married on March 4, 1967 to the former Darlene Pierce, who survives.

He was an enrolled member of The Seneca Nation of Indians and the Deer Clan.

He had been employed with the Seneca Nation of Indians retiring in 2010 and prior to that, worked as a private contractor for several years.

Surviving besides his wife are: two daughters, Candace Miller, Salamanca, NY, Luane Miller, Salamanca, NY; two sons, Chris Miller, Jimersontown, NY, Greg Miller, Salamanca, NY; fifteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; a sister; Linda Abrams, Jimersontown, NY; several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother, Dana Miller; a sister, Karen Ellis.

Friends may call the family home, 3709 Center Road, Jimersontown beginning Tuesday and all day Wednesday.

Funeral services will be held in the family home on Thursday at 10am with a Speaker from the Coldspring Longhouse.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY.
