David Barnard

Mr. David L. Barnard, age 51, of Lexington Avenue, Salamanca, New York died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Olean General Hospital.

Born on February 17, 1959 in Binghamton, New York he was the son of Mary Hardieman Forman, Geneva, New York and the late Robert Forman.

Surviving besides his mother are: 2 sons, David R. Barnard, Christopher Barnard, both of Waterloo, New York; a daughter, Jennifer Barnard, Waterloo, New York; 5 grandchildren; a sister, Sandy (Brian) Keller, Auburn, Georgia; a brother, Mike Forman, Geneva, New York;

He was predeceased by a sister, Deb Scroody.

Friends may call at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Thursday afternoon from 4-5 P.M. at which time funeral services will be held

Burial will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Oak Corners, New York.
