Deborah “lil deb” Degrenier, 58, of Center Street, Salamanca, New York died Saturday (March 23, 2013 at the Wellsville Manor, Wellsville, New York

Born November 12, 1954, in Syracuse, New York she was the daughter of the late Jeremiah Smith and Lenora Friday Smith of Front Avenue, Salamanca, New York who survives.

She was an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians and the wolf clan.

Surviving besides her mother are two sons; Brandon Degrenier, Brody Degrenier, one grandson Anthony Jackson, all of Salamanca, New York, four brothers Warren Moses, Salamanca, New York, David (Judy) Smith, Cleveland, NY, Patrick Smith, Salamanca, New York, James Smith, Anchorage, AK, one sister Mary Moses, Salamanca, New York, several nieces and nephews

A sister Carol Moses, and a brother Ellsworth Moses predeceased Deborah.

Friends may attend graveside funeral services on Wednesday (March 27, 2013) at 1:00 PM in Hillside Haven Cemetery, Steamburg, New York with the Rev. Patrick Melfi, pastor of Our Lady of Peace officiating.

The O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York is in charge of funeral arrangements.
