Paul White Pigeon Sr.

Paul White Pigeon Sr., 70, of Winterhaven, CA passed away Monday, February 15, 2021 at his home.

Born January 28, 1951 in Salamanca, NY, he was the son of the late Lester J. and Almeda J. Pierce White Pigeon. He was married on January 1, 1970 to the late Jeanne White Pigeon, who was called to the Lord before him on March 23, 2018.

He was a graduate of Kofa High School in Yuma, AZ and attended Arizona Western College for architecture.

Paul had been employed with Paradise Casino in Winterhaven, CA for sixteen years prior to his retirement. Previously, he had been employed with Ralston Purina in NY for five years and Lakey Bros. in Yuma, AZ for twenty years.

He was a member of The Quechan Church of the Nazarene, where he was treasurer.

Surviving are: a son, Paul White Pigeon Jr.; three daughters, Rosalinda White Pigeon, Jennifer White Pigeon, Alicia Guzman; eight grandchildren, Raquel San Miguel, Paul San Miguel, Gina Rivera, Layla White Pigeon, Nivea Valenzuela, Handsome Guzman, Alejandro Guzman, Azaylia Guzman; two brothers, Phillip White Pigeon, Lester White Pigeon Jr.; two sisters, Jeanette Groat, Marian White Pigeon; many cousins and relatives.

He was predeceased by a brother, Owen White Pigeon, two sisters, Martha Nauni, Esther White Pigeon, and three nephews, Matthew White Pigeon, Lesten White Pigeon, and Joshua White Pigeon.

Pallbearers: Norman Nauni, Anthony Nauni, Adam Groat, Edward Groat, Handsome Guzman, Justin Owens, Andy Owens.

Honorary: Phillip White Pigeon, Lester White Pigeon Jr. Russell Groat, Paul Douglas White Pigeon, Hector Guzman, Larry Robbins.

Funeral services will be held in the Jimersontown Presbyterian Church on Monday, March 1, 2021 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Marvin Abrams officiating.

Local funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY.

Burial will be in Memorial Heights Cemetery, Salamanca, NY.
