Allison J. Mendell

Allison Jane Mendell, infant daughter of Chris and Heather Chase Mendell of Great Valley, New York died unexpectedly Tuesday (January 6, 2009) at the Olean General Hospital, Olean, New York.

Surviving besides her parents are maternal grandparents William and Linda Swens Chase of Otto, New York, paternal grandparents Alan and Cindy Mendell, Great Valley, New York, maternal great grandfather William Chase Val Rico, FL.

Allison was predeceased by her twin sister Mallory Mendell

Friends may attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday (January 8,2009) at Holy Name of Mary Church, Ellicottville, New York at 11:00 A.M.

The O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York is in charge of funeral arrangements.
