Beverly A. Fuller
Beverly Fuller, 80, of Kill Buck, NY died Tuesday morning, August 21, 2018 at Olean General Hospital following a long illness.
Born January 16, 1938 in Salamanca, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Isabell Johnson Burlin. She was married in St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, Salamanca on September 24, 1960 to Mr. Fredrick Young Fuller, who predeceased her in 1987.
She had been employed as a tax preparer at Fuller’s Financial Services in Salamanca for almost ten years. She had owned and operated Fuller’s Corner Store and had been the office manager at Parkview Supermarket. She started her work career at the former L.F. Smith Dairy Bar.
She was a former member of the Missionary Alliance Church, Kill Buck, the Great Valley Senior Citizen Club, and she volunteered for Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and family outings. She enjoyed cooking, especially baking, and will be remembered for making Christmas cookies. She was an avid Buffalo Bills fan.
Surviving are: a daughter, Lori Finch, Kill Buck, NY; a son, Fred (Libby) Fuller, Kill Buck, NY; two granddaughters, Kristin Fuller, Taylor Fuller; two grandsons, James Fuller, Matthew Fuller, all of Kill Buck, NY; two sisters, Evelyn Parsons, Great Valley, NY, Nancy Milspaw, Jamestown, NY; a brother Fredrick (Geraldine) Burlin, Marcy, NY; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two sisters, Carol DePonceau, Cora Emborsky, a brother, Robert Burlin.
Friends may call at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY on Thursday August 23, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 10:30am with Rev. Michael Lonto, pastor of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church officiating.
Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery.
