Beverly A. Jerzak

Mrs. Beverly A. Jerzak, age 59 of Elmira, New York died late Friday evening at her daughter's home in Killbuck, New York following a short illness.

Born June 11, 1954 in Elmira, New York, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Betty Houston Jerzak.

Mrs. Jerzak enjoyed bingo & shopping. Her life was spending time with her family.

Surviving are 1 daughter, Mrs. Karen (David) Marsh of Killbuck, New York; twin sons, Timothy Shoop of Killbuck, New York and Thomas (Angles) Shoop of Georgia; 12 grandchildren, 4 brothers and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc., Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York.
