Carolyn Staudigl

Mrs. Carolyn L. Staudigl, age 55, of Gargoyle Road, Allegany, NY, died Thursday afternoon at The Pines of Olean, Olean, NY.

Born on March 24, 1955, in Salamanca, NY, she was the daughter of James Simsick of Salamanca, NY, and the late Loreen Potts Simsick. She was married on March 14, 1995, in Allegany, NY, to Mr. Dennis Staudigl, who survives.

Mrs. Staudigl was employed in food service at St. Bonaventure University for the last three years. She had been previously employed at McHone Industries in Salamanca, NY.

She was a member of the St. Stephen's Club Ladies Auxiliary in Olean, NY.

Surviving besides her husband and father are: one stepson, Roger Staudigl, Olean, NY; two brothers, James (Sharon) Simsick, North Carolina, Thomas (Pam) Simsick, Hinsdale, NY; several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation or funeral services.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY.
