Christopher J. Vaughn

Christopher J. Vaughn, age 42, of Golden Hill Road, Town of Humphrey died unexpectedly, Saturday evening, April 12, 2008 at Bradford Regional Medical Center, Bradford, Pa.

Born on March 28, 1966 in Salamanca, New York son of the late Neil and Delores Mix Vaughn. He was married on April 11, 1986 in Great Valley, New York to the former Holly Watson who survives.

Chris attended school in the Salamanca Central School District.

He had been employed as a log skidder operator for over 20 years and previously worked at the former CB Norton & Son in Great Valley, New York.

Chris was an avid hunter, fisherman, and enjoyed bowling. He enjoyed his family, especially spending time with his granddaughter.

Surviving besides his wife are: 3 daughters, Kathleen Vaughn, at home, Krista Vaughn, Brocktondale, New York, Shalina Kenjockety, Olean, New York; 4 sons, Chad Vaughn, at home, Christopher Vaughn II, Franklinville, New York, Jason (Stacey) Tarr, Olean, New York, Leon Gebauer, Killbuck, New York; 3 sisters, Theresa (Scott) Goode, Great Valley, New York, Hazel (Kevin) Morrison, Napoli, New York, Jennie (Jay) Sullivan, Georgia; 5 brothers, David (Patti) Vaughn, Salamanca, New York, Neil (Marilyn) Vaughn, North Carolina, Walter (Mary) Vaughn, Alabama, Scott (Dawn) Vaughn, Salamanca, New York, Sean (Angie) Vaughn, Salamanca, New York; 5 grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
