Cody Myers-Smith

Cody Myers-Smith, age 23, of Salamanca, New York died Wednesday, October 16, 2013 shortly after being admitted to Olean General Hospital, Olean, New York.

Born on September 13, 1990 in Buffalo, New York he was the son of Jacqueline Smith, Salamanca, New York and the late Roger Myers.

Cody was an online student at MIT.

He was an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians and the Deer Clan.

Surviving besides his mother are: his maternal grandmother, Vera Smith, Cattaraugus Territory.

Friends may call at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Friday from 4-7 P.M.

Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday at 11:30 A.M. with Rev. Marvin Abrams of the Jimersontown Presbyterian Church officiating.

Burial will be in Hillside Haven Cemetery, Steamburg, New York.
