Daniel D. Wick

Daniel D. Wick, 62, of Margate, FL, formerly of Ellicottville, NY, died suddenly Monday, August 19, 2024.

Born March 24, 1962 in Springville, NY, he was the son of the late William and Anna Mae Edwards Wick. He was married in 1997 to the former Judy A. Crucilla, who predeceased him in 2021.

He attended Ellicottville Central School.

Daniel had been employed with Furniture Concepts in Pompano Beach, FL for over 30 years.

He enjoyed being with his friends, the outdoors, hunting, camping, and woodworking.

Surviving are: three stepchildren, Angela (Jesse) Fiske, PA, Mindy (Johnny) Simpson, FL, Phillip Crucilla, FL; two sisters, Patricia (Dave) Skinner, Salamanca, NY, Cynthia (Frank) Moore, Ellicottville, NY; two brothers, William (Rosie) Wick, Salamanca, NY, Matthew Wick, South Dayton, NY; several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by two sisters, Judy McClarney, Wendy Wick, and a brother, Timothy Wick.

There will be no visitation.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Ellicottville American Legion, 6500 Maples Road, Ellicottville, NY on Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 2 - 5 p.m.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY.
