Dennie D. Jimerson

Dennie D. Jimerson, 42, of Salamanca, NY died Tuesday evening, July 19, 2022 at Buffalo General Hospital following a short illness.

Born October 14, 1979 in Springville, NY, she was the daughter of Dennis and Gillorma Locicero Jimerson, who survive.

She was a graduate of Salamanca High School, Class of 1997, and earned her Associate’s Degree from Jamestown Community College and her Bachelor’s Degree from Empire State College.

Dennie enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and friends. She whole-heartedly supported Salamanca sports, coaching varsity cheerleading and assisting with numerous fundraisers. She will be remembered for helping anyone in need.

Surviving besides her parents are: a daughter, Rayona (Randall Costello Jr.) Jimerson, Salamanca, NY; a sister, Teneille (Howard) Andrews, Randolph, NY; two brothers, Ples (R. Michelle) Breazeale, Portville, NY, Robert (Billie) Breazeale, Salamanca, NY; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Richard and Allie Bargy Locicero, her paternal grandparents, Spencer and Mildred Drugg Jimerson, her grandmother Doris Watt Jimerson, as well as several uncles and cousins.

Friends may call at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY on Friday, July 22, 2022 11am – 1pm at which funeral services will be held with Pastor Carlisle Gross of the Napoli Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Memorial Heights, Jimersontwn, NY.
