Donald R. Brunell

Donald R. Brunell, 87, of Salamanca, NY died at home Thursday, March 24, 2022.

Born September 7, 1934 in Olean, NY, he was the son of the late Carlyle and Dora Haberly Brunell.

He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving from 1954 – 1957 and was stationed in Germany.

Donald had been employed at the former Fancher Furniture Company, Salamanca, NY.

He was a member of the American Legion Hughes-Skiba Post 535 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars John F. Ahrens Post 5296.

There will be no visitation.

Full military honors will be conducted in Wildwood Cemetery on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 11:30am by members of the American Legion Hughes-Skiba Post 535 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars John F. Ahrens Post 5296.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY.
