Dylan M. Smith

Dylan M. Smith, age 12, of 287 Wildwood Avenue, Salamanca, New York died Sunday (October 18, 2009) at his home following a long illness.

Born on May 16, 1997 in Olean, New York he was the son of Barry and Kathleen Giblin Smith.

He attended Salamanca School District, and was a member of the Healing Reigns Fellowship, Limestone Pentecostal Tabernacle.

Surviving besides his parents are: 2 brothers, Alexander Smith, Olean, New York, Sheldon Smith; maternal grandparents, Joesph & Mary Ellen Giblin, Broad Street, Salamanca, New York; paternal grandmother, Shirley Smith, Clear Creek, New York.

Friends may call at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Wednesday (October 21, 2009) from 9:30 A.M.to 10:30 A.M. at which time funeral services will be held with Pastor Wallace Mapes of the Healing Reigns Fellowship officiating.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Salamanca, New York.
