Elizabeth Timme

Mrs. Elizabeth Timme, 79, of Humphrey, NY died early Friday morning, April 22, 2022 at Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo, NY following a short illness.

Born August 1, 1942 in Ellicottville, NY, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Elva Wiechman Marsh. She was married September 14, 1963 at the former Ellicottville Lutheran Church to Mr. Glenn Timme, who survives.

She had been employed as a receptionist with the Cattaraugus County Nursing Home for 44 ½ years.

Elizabeth was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Ellicottville, NY. She enjoyed the going to the casino and Sunday drives.

Surviving besides her husband are: a son, William Timme, Humphrey, NY; a brother, Charles (Barbara) Marsh, WV; a sister-in-law, Lorraine Coolidge, Franklinville, NY; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Thomas Marsh and Walter Marsh.

There will be no visitation.

A graveside service in Willoughby Cemetery, Great Valley, NY and will be private.

A Celebration of Life will be announced.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY.
