Frances E. Schultz

Mrs. Frances E. Schultz, age 78, of Mutton Hollow Road, Great Valley, New York died Monday evening, November 10, 2008 at the Absolute of Salamanca following a long illness.

Born on January 30, 1930 in Great Valley, New York she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Kathryn Rowan Krause.

Mrs. Schultz was a homemaker and could play music by ear, playing the piano, guitar, mandolin, and she also enjoyed singing.

Surviving are: a daughter, Valerie (Joseph) Sistiki, Great Valley, New York; a son, Larry (Mary) Schultz, Great Valley, New York; 2 grandsons, Joseph & Andrew Schultz, both of Great Valley, New York; a brother, Raymond (Pat) Krause, Great Valley, New York; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by 2 sisters, Helen Butler, Dorothy Westfall, a brother, Gilford Krause.

Friends may call at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Friday from 12: noon to 1:00 P.M. at which time funeral services will be held with Deacon Arthur Cooney, of St. Mary's Episcopal Church officiating.

Burial will be in Green Cemetery, Great Valley, New York.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Great Valley Fire Company.
