Heather Hilliman

Heather M. Hilliman, 45, of Salamanca, NY died Tuesday afternoon, November 29, 2016 at the Bradford Regional Medical Center following a short illness.

Born August 7, 1971 in Olean, NY, she was the daughter of Robert Hilliman of Little Valley and Dolores “Dodie” Costanzo of Salamanca.

She earned her GED from Salamanca High School

Heather enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was an avid shopper, enjoyed antiquing, and was always in search of the great deal. She volunteered at several organizations.

Surviving besides her parents are: a daughter, Stephanie Schneider, Kingston, NY; two sons, Darin (Stacey) Potter Jr, Brandon (Alissa Spaulding) Potter, both of Great Valley, NY; five grandchildren; a brother, Scott (Gary Friedman) Hilliman, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; her loving companion, Dennis Nelson, Salamanca, NY.

Friends may call at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River St, Salamanca, NY on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m., at which time funeral services will be held with Rev. Peter Napierkowski, pastor of Our Lady of Peace Parish, officiating.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, NY.
