Jacob L. "Jake" Mohr

Jacob L. "Jake" Mohr, age 26, of 4950 Raecher Road, Great Valley, New York died Thursday evening ( May 24, 2007) at Buffalo General Hospital, Buffalo, following a long illness.

Born March 21, 1981, in Olean, he was a son of John Mohr of Killbuck and Lori Regal of Great Valley.

He was a graduate of Salamanca High School, class of 1999. He had been employed at the Home Depot in Olean and Cattaraugus in Little Valley.

He was an avid sports fan, especially hockey and football.

He was a friend to all that knew him. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Surviving besides his parents are three brothers, Jesse Mohr, Michael (Amber) Mohr and William Mohr; two sisters, Kasandra Mohr and Charia Mohrl a nephew, Carson Mohr; grandparents Raymond and Irene Lee; several aunts and uncles, Penny (Randy) Gabamonte, John (Raelynn) Regal, Michael (Pam) Lee, Mark (Lori) Lee and Raymond Lee; a great-nephew of Donna Snyder and Barb (Frank) Milks; a cousin and friend to Jamie Gabamonte; and many other cousins.

He was predeceased by a grandmother, Bonnie Lee.

Friends may call at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday (May 28, 2007) at 11 a.m. with Pastor Michael Peters of Koinonia Christian Church officiating.
