Jean Quattrone

Mrs. Jean Quattrone, 84, of Salamanca, NY died Friday evening, December 14, 2018 at the Absolut Care of Salamanca, following

Born July 20, 1934 in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Julia Larkin Hook. She was married to Mr. Joseph Quattrone, who predeceased her on March 19, 1997.

She had been employed at Highland Plastic in Salamanca for many years prior to her retirement. She was also a crossing guard for the City of Salamanca.

Mrs. Quattrone was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish.

Surviving are: two daughters, Julie (Robert) Lockwood, Salamanca, NY, Patricia (Edward) Caswell, Salamanca, NY; a son, Frank (Tina) Quattrone, Salamanca, NY; five grandchildren, Janelle Quattrone, Frank Quattrone, William Lockwood, Robert Lockwood, Jennifer Lockwood Space, Allen Caswell; six great-grandchildren, Frank Quattrone III, Coty Quattrone, Allyssa Space, Tyler Space, Ryan Perry, Collin Perry; two sisters, Joanne Walsh, Salamanca, NY, Rita Hook, Kill Buck, NY; a brother, Joseph (Teresa) Hook, Salamanca, NY; two sisters, Rita Fox, and Joanne Walsh; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two grandchildren, Laurel Lockwood Perry and James Caswell, a sister, Blanche Hook, and six brothers, Robert Hook, Frederick Hook, Richard Hook, Frances Hook, Edward Hook, and Joseph Hook.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Our Lady of Peace Parish on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Mariusz Sierhart, pastor, as celebrant.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association, 2805 Wherle Drive, Buffalo, NY 14221.
