Jeffrey S. Breeden

Jeffrey S. Breeden, 71, of Kill Buck, NY died Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Olean General Hospital.

Born June 16, 1951 in Elmira, NY, he was the son of the late William H. and Arline F. Seneca Breeden.

He was an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians and the Heron Clan.

Jeff graduated high school in Rochester, NY in 1969 and completed several technical college courses afterwards.

He had been employed as a project manager with Seneca Nation Housing Authority. Previously, he had been employed as a design engineer with Eastman Kodak in Rochester, NY.

Jeff enjoyed being with family and friends and was always willing to lend a hand. He was mechanically inclined and was in the process of restoring some of his antique tractors. He loved animals, especially his cats, nature, being outdoors, and was an avid photographer.

Surviving are: a sister, Jennifer (Leroy) Fink, Kill Buck, NY, a stepdaughter, Shane (William Smith) Rinko-Smith, East Otto, NY; nieces, Shannon Gallagher Conrad, Jaime Fink, Amy Fink, all of Rochester, NY; nephews, William Fink, Kill Buck, NY, and Jeremiah Fink, Rochester, NY; several great nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his longtime companion, Brenda Rinko.

There will be no visitation.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY.
