Joan Price

Joan Price, age 73, formerly of Franklinville and Salamanca, NY died Friday morning at The Pines of Olean, NY.

Born September 25, 1933 in Salamanca, New York she was the daughter of the late Howard and Marie Reed Cooney. She was married April 19, 1968 to Mr. Bud Price who predeceased her in 1997.

She had operated the Otto Hotel in Otto, NY for many years.

She was a former social member of American Legion Hughes Skiba Post #535.

Surviving are: 2 sons, Jerry Fuller, Salamanca, NY; Rick (Karrie) Keller, West Seneca, NY; 1 daughter, Susan (Tom Barrile) Keir, Dansville, NY; 6 grandchildren, Andy (Joelle) Fuller, Rochester, NY; Brad Fuller, Olean, NY; Mark (Tasha) Keller, Orlando, Fla; Randi Mohr, Killbuck, NY; Justin Keir, Dansville, NY; Renee Keir, Greensboro , NC; 1 great grandson Neland Cummings, Killbuck, NY.

She was predeceased by a daughter Tami Sue McCain.

Friends may call at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street Salamanca, NY on Tuesday (August 21, 2007) from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. at which time a funeral service will be held with Deacon Art Cooney of St. Mary's Episcopal Church officiating.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Salamanca, New York.
