Josephine Agnello

Josephine Agnello, age 67, of Kent Blvd., Salamanca, New York died Tuesday evening, June 21, 2011 at The Absolut of Salamanca following a short illness.

Born on June 11, 1944 in Buffalo, New York she was the daughter of the late William & Viola Pennisi Agnello. She grew up in Buffalo, New York's West Side.

She had attended the United Congregational Methodist Church and the Linwood Center. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed visiting the Social Club on Broad Street.

Surviving are: 2 daughters, Melissa Agnello, Christina Mosher; 3 sisters, Marie Casey, Grand Island, New York, Ellie (Leon) Brewer, West Seneca, New York, Jean (Carl) Clark, Lancaster, New York; 2 brothers, Joseph Agnello, Buffalo, New York, William Agnello, West Seneca, New York; several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation.

A memorial service will be held at the United Congregational Methodist Church, Broad Street, Salamanca, New York on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 10 A.M.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
