Karen L. Hicks

Karen was a graduate of Salamanca Central High School, Class of 1975.

She enjoyed playing cards with the girls, was a member of the Clinton Euchre League, Monday night pool league in Olean, NY and was known for her baking, cooking, plants and flowers.

Surviving besides her mother are two sisters, Linda Adams, Roundup MT, Susan (John) Metzler, Salamanca, NY, two nephews Robert Solberg, Roundup, MT, Matthew Metzler and Laura Metzler, both of Salamanca, NY.

Friends may call on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca New York.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday (October 14, 2008) at 12:30 PM in the United Congregational Methodist Church with pastor Joshua Schallett officiating.

Burial will be in Green Cemetery, Great Valley, New York
