Kenneth Fuller

Kenneth Fuller, age 95, of Little Valley, NY and Ocala, FLA died Friday evening, February 15, 2013 at The Absolut of Salamanca, Salamanca, NY.

Born April 1, 1917 in Eagle, New York, he was the son of the late Robert and Anna McCall Fuller. He was married on July 17, 1941 to the former Shirley Collver, who predeceased him on March 25, 1985.

Mr. Fuller had been employed as a manager at Bordens in both Little Valley and Randolph, NY, and as a mechanic at Sibley Motors in Little Valley.

He was a member of the 7th Day Advent Church, where he served as Deacon. He was an avid bowler, gaining the title of Mid-Florida State Senior Champion. He was also an avid card player and musician. He was a born entertainer. He always had a story or joke and no matter how many times he repeated them, he was usually the one laughing the loudest. Even recently he was playing his harmonica and singing. One of his greatest joys was setting someone up and getting them with one with one of his smart remarks. Although Ken was a humble, hardworking man, his legacy is to laugh – it costs nothing, but it is priceless.

Surviving are: 1 daughter, Brenda ( James Halterman Sr.) Fuller, Salamanca, NY; 3 granddaughters, Julie (Robert) Anderson, Kill Buck, NY, Jodi (Bruce Dineen) Fuller, Salamanca, NY, Tracy (Dana) Fuller-Meek, Salamanca, NY; a grandson, Jeff (Julie) Banner, Orange, California; 2 great-grandchildren, Abigail Meek and Alicia Meek, both of Salamanca, NY; several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by 3 brothers, Leland Fuller, Claude Fuller, Richard Fuller and a sister, Lulabelle Kohler

A memorial service will be held in the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 11:30 a.m.

Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery.
