Kevin Foster

Mr. Kevin D. Foster, age 49, of Reynolds Road, Franklinville, New York died Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at Olean General Hospital, Olean, New York.

Born on July 8, 1959 in Olean, New York he was the son of Lois Hughes Foster, Richburg, New York and the late Harold Foster. He was married on June 29, 1985 to the former Debra Strauch who survives.

Mr. Foster was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving from 1979 – 1982.

He was employed at The Pines in Machias, New York as the Groundskeeper for the last six years.

Mr. Foster enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving besides his wife and mother are: 3 daughters, Angela (Jason) Brisley, Delavan, New York, Elaine Foster, Natasha Foster, both of Franklinville, New York; 2 sons, Okey Foster, Franklinville, New York, Kevin Foster Jr., Springville, New York; a grandson, Ashton Brisley, Delavan, New York; a sister, Karen (Dan) Tompkins, Richburg, New York; several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation.

A memorial service will be held in the O’Rourke & O’Rourke, Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Saturday, May 23, 2009 at 2:00 P.M.
