Lawrence D. Winship

Lawrence D. Winship, 77, of Ellicottville, New York died Saturday, November 8, 2014 at the Absolut at Salamanca, Salamanca, New York.

Born July 14, 1937 in Little Valley, New York, he was the son of the late Edward and Irene Hensel Winship.

He was self-employed.

He was a member of the Community Church of Delevan.

Surviving are: 2 daughters, Deborah Ferguson and Tammy Carr, both of Sarasota, FL; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Monte (Judy) Winship, Mike Winship, both of Little Valley, New York.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 16, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Calvary Community Church of Delevan, 11022 Route 16, Delevan, New York 14042.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York.
