Mark Denfrund
Mark Denfrund, age 50, of Ten Mile Road, Allegany, New York died Saturday, January 8, 2011, as a result of a house fire.
Born on January 16, 1960 in Lackawanna, New York, he was the son of the late Jack and Myra Brant Denfrund. He was married on February 15, 2002, to the former Renee Lycett-Light, who survives.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving from 1977 to 1981.
He had been employed at the former Highland Molding Injection and McHone Industries.
He enjoyed trapping, hunting, and fishing with his dogs.
Surviving, besides his wife, are one daughter, Merissa Denfrund, of Cattaraugus, New York; two step-sons, Robert Light III, Johnathon Light, both of Carrollton, New York; one grandson; six step-grandchildren; two sisters, Dawn Maddox, of Salamanca, New York, Camille Buncy, of Florida; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by one sister, Shirley Brown and one brother, Scott Crandall.
There will be no visitation or funeral service.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York.
