Michael Wogick

Mr. Michael Wogick, age 60, of Rt. 353, Salamanca, New York died unexpectedly, Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at his home.

Born on October 29, 1949 in Salamanca, New York he was the son of Lillian Livak Wogick, Salamanca, New York and the late Frank Wogick.

He was employed as a Union Roofer for 30 years prior to his retirement.

Mr. Wogick was a member of the Sons of the Legion, American Legion Post #531, Little Valley, New York. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and restoring classics cars.

Surviving besides his mother are: a son, John (Wynette) Wogick, Little Valley, New York; 2 grandchildren, Scott Wogick, Lauren Wogick, both of Little Valley, New York; 2 brothers, William (Carolyn) Wogick, Gary Wogick, both of Salamanca, New York; a niece.

He was predeceased by a brother, Frank “Crunch” Wogick on July 28, 1996.

Friends may call at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Friday from 10- 11 A.M. at which time funeral services will be held with Rev. Michael Lonto, pastor of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, officiating.

Burial will be Wildwood Cemetery, Salamanca, New York.
