Natasha L. Rychcik

Natasha L. Rychcik, 34, of Salamanca, NY died Sunday evening, October 9, 2022 at Olean General Hospital following a short illness.

Born February 20, 1988 in Olean, NY, she was the daughter of Reubena Blacksnake of Salamanca, NY. She was married to Brandon Rychcik, who survives.

She was an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians and of the Snipe Clan.

She attended Salamanca High School and received her GED in 2016.

Tasha enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children, keeping them engaged in all kinds of outdoor activities and trips. She had a love for animals, caring for cats, dogs, even ducks.

Surviving besides her mother and husband are: a daughter, Miley Rychcik; two sons, Hudson Rychcik, Lincoln Rychcik, all of Salamanca, NY; a sister, Nadine Jimerson, Salamanca, NY; two brothers, Jamie Jimerson, John Lounsbury, both of Salamanca, NY; four nieces, Ashleigh Jimerson, Salamanca, NY Schyler LeBlanc, Little Valley, NY Kwanita Jimerson-Ames, Jaylee Jimerson, both of Hinsdale, NY; two nephews, Romeo Jimerson, Jamie Jimerson Jr., both of Hinsdale, NY.

Friends may call at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY on Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 11 – 1pm at which time funeral services will be held Rev. Michael Trenchard officiating.

Burial will be in Hillside Haven Cemetery, Steamburg, NY.
