Nicole Harrington

Nicole R. Harrington, 45, of Great Valley, NY died early Wednesday morning, March 22, 2017 at the Pines Health & Rehab in Machias, NY following a short illness.

Born August 21, 1971 in Springville, NY, she was the daughter of Jack and Rosamond Williams Harrington of Great Valley, NY.

Nicole was a graduate of Ellicottville High School, Class of 1989.

She had been employed as a Banquet Manager with Dina’s at the Mont in Ellicottville, NY for over three years. She previously had been with Holiday Valley for over ten years.

Nicole enjoyed gardening her flowers. She enjoyed watching her father and son race as well as NASCAR.

Surviving besides her parents are: a daughter, Jaelee Macomb, Great Valley, NY; a son, Fletcher Macomb, Great Valley, NY; a brother, Jay Harrington, Machias, NY; a half-sister, Ashley Schine, Franklinville, NY; paternal grandmother, Shirley Harrington, Great Valley, NY.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Ralph and Vida Williams and her paternal grandfather, John Harrington.

There will be no visitation.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River St, Salamanca, NY.

Burial will be in Green Cemetery, Great Valley, NY.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Pines Health & Rehab, Machias, NY.
