Patricia "Patti PP" Perks

Mrs. Patricia “Patti PP” Perks, 63, of 9th Street, Little Valley, New York, died Saturday afternoon, February 13, 2016 at her home with her family.

Born June 13, 1952 in Salamanca, New York, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Magara Kyser. She was married on April 15, 1979 in Arcade, New York to Jeffrey L. Perks, who survives.

She had been employed as Rental Manager with ERA Reality for eight years and worked at Holiday Valley for over nine years as Conference Coordinator. She had also been employed with Cattaraugus County Social Services for over fifteen years.

She was a former member of St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church in Salamanca.

Patti enjoyed the outdoors, golfing, and skiing. She loved playing horseshoes. She enjoyed her garden, cooking, dancing, and being with her family.

Surviving besides her husband are: two sons, Joshua (Becky) Perks, Little Valley, NY, Christopher (Brenda) Perks, Ellicottville, NY; a grandson, Mason Perks, Ellicottville, NY; a granddaughter, Taylor Perks, Ellicottville, NY; a brother, John Kyser, Buffalo, NY.

She was predeceased by a brother, Mike Kyser.

There will be no visitation.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family and will be announced.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to HomeCare & Hospice, 211 Erie Street, Little Valley, New York.
