Paula J. Lee

Paula J. Lee, age 66, of 3414 Center Road, Jimersontown, New York died Friday evening, May 7, 2010 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on July 5, 1943 in Salamanca, New York she was the daughter of the late Paul and Helen Mack Lee.

Paula was a self-employed home health care aide.

Paula was an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians, the Turtle Clan, Jimersontown Presbyterian Church, ladies auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars John Ahrens Post # 5296, Iroquois Agricultural Society, donated to various organizations, including the SPCA, Friends of Strays, and CBN, and was well known for being an excellent cook.

Surviving are: 3 daughters, Sherri Ingersoll, Division St., Salamanca, New York, Denise (Murray) Oliver, Fair Oak St., Salamanca, New York, Tanya Golden, Jimersontown, New York; 2 sons, Duane (Kathleen) Ingersoll, Old Route 17, Salamanca, New York, Nathan Golden, Irving, New York; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

A sister Phyllis Mack and a brother Daniel Lee predeceased Paula.

Friends may call at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Monday, May 10, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM in the Jimersontown Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Marvin Abrams, pastor officiating

Burial will be in Memorial Heights Cemetery, Jimersontown, New York
