Phyllis Wagoner

Phyllis Wagoner, age 59, of Olean, New York, formerly of Salamanca and St. Petersburg, FL died Monday, February 8, 2016 in Olean, New York

Born April 28,1956 in Olean, New York, she was the daughter of the late John & Thelma Fluent Smith Sr. She was married to Mr. Lawrence Wagoner who predeceased her on December 9, 1991.

Mrs. Wagoner had been self-employed as a contractor.

Surviving are: a son, Edward Wagoner, Olean, NY; a brothers, David Smith, Salamanca, NY; a sister, Dale McDonald, FL; her extended family,Cheryl Peters, Jim (Carol) Hopkins, Jack (Joyce) Aderman, all of Olean NY and her Rock City family.

There will be no visitation.

The O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY is in charge of Funeral arrangements

Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Salamanca, NY at the convenience of the family.
