Rodney Ullman
Rodney Ullman, 65, of Salamanca, NY died Thursday evening, February 8, 2018 at the Buffalo General Hospital following a short illness.
Born August 30, 1952 in Salamanca, NY, he was the son of Shirley Woodworth Ullman of Salamanca and the late Charles A. Ullman.
Mr. Ullman was a graduate of Salamanca High School Class of 1971.
He had been employed at Luminite as a Graphic Artist for over 19 years. He was also a musician, performing percussions in many local bands.
He enjoyed music, politics, and staying up on current events. He was also an avid Buffalo Bills fan.
Surviving besides his mother are: two daughters, Kristin (Robert Jr.) Vail, Lindsay Ullman, both of Salamanca, NY; a son, Dylan Ullman, Salamanca, NY; two grandchildren, Naiomi Ullman and Roman Vail, both of Salamanca, NY; two sisters, Diane (Timothy) Flanigan, Lori (David) Trent, both of Salamanca, NY; a brother, Todd Ullman, Salamanca, NY; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Kelli McFarlin.
He was predeceased by a nephew, James Yaworsky.
Memorial visitation at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY on Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at which time a memorial service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Salamanca Sports Booster Club.
