Rodney Wagoner
Mr. Rodney Wagoner, age 60, of Salamanca, New York died Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Buffalo General Hospital, Buffalo, New York.
Born August 11, 1955 in Fort Tilden, New York he was the son of the late Gerald Wagoner and Beverly Clark Wagoner Quigley.
Mr. Wagoner was the owner and operator of Wagoner Tree Cutting Service for over 20 years. Previously, he had owned Wagoner Paint and Wallpapering Company.
He was a social member of the American Legion Post #531 and Veterans of Foreign Wars in Little Valley, New York.
Surviving are: a daughter, Krista Wagoner, Buffalo, New York; 2 sisters, Sheila Wagoner, Rochester, New York, Valerie Wagoner Talbot, Palm Bay, Florida; a nephew, Matthew Talbot, Melbourne, Florida; his fiancee, Elinor Benson, Salamanca, New York.
He was predeceased by his step father, William Quigley.
Friends may attend a memorial visitation in the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Friday from 4-6 p.m.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to UNYTS.org or the American Heart Association.
