Rosalie Ling

Rosalie Ling, age 66, formerly of Salamanca, New York died Saturday, March 8, 2008 at Heritage Village, Greenhurst, New York.

Born on March 20, 1941 in Salamanca, New York she was the daughter of the late Charles and Helen Harris. She was married to Mr. Crawford Ling who predeceased her in 1998.

Mrs Ling was a graduate of Salamanca High School and had attended Olean Business Institute.

She was an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians, the Hawk Clan, a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Hughes-Skiba Post #535 and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veteran of Foreign Wars John F. Ahrens Post #5296.

Surviving are: 2 sons, Mr. Max (Randi) Ling, Jamestown, New York, Steve (Rachel) Harris, Salamanca, New York; 3 daughters, Rhonda Stone, Georgia, Melissa Gould, Gowanda, New York, Amy Gunsolus, New Jersey; and was blessed with many beautiful grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a sister, Linda Harris, a son, Mark Gould, a brother, Bruce Harris.

Friends may call at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Friday morning from 10 - 11 A.M. at which time funeral and committal services will be held.
