Rose Mary Fish

Rose Mary Fish, 86, of Salamanca, NY died Friday, March 15, 2024 at Olean General Hospital following a short illness.

Born March 20, 1937 in Salamanca, NY, she was the daughter of the late Leslie and Berenice Reed Markham. She was married May 27, 1977 to Willis Fish, who predeceased her in 1994.

She was a member of the Riverside Chapel, former United Congregational Methodist Church. She enjoyed being with her family, crocheting, needlework, and watching her soaps. She was an avid Buffalo Bills fan.

Surviving are: two daughters, Rowena Lancaster, Olean, NY, Cyndi Calkins, Salamanca, NY; a son, Daniel Feneran, Salamanca, NY; thirteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

She predeceased by two sons, Thomas Feneran, Richard Feneran, a grandson, Brian Calkins, and two sisters, Donna Quattrone and Dorothy Glow.

Friends may call at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River St., Salamanca, NY on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 11am – 2pm, at which time funeral services will be held with Rev. Michael Lonto officiating.

Burial will be in Green Cemetery, Great Valley, NY.
