Roy M. Phillips

Mr. Roy M. Phillips, 90, of Great Valley, NY died Saturday, August 12, 2017 at the Absolut of Salamanca.

Born April 5, 1927 in Great Valley, NY, he was the son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Phillips. He was married on January 3, 1981to the former Lynne E. Crum, who predeceased him on January 9, 2014.

He had been employed as the Superintendent of Highways for the Town of Great Valley.

Surviving are: two foster daughters, Jacquelyn (Randy) Wing, Gowanda, NY and Cheri Nichols, Lackawanna, NY.

A graveside memorial service will be held in Wildwood Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY.
