Sharon Vosburgh

Mrs. Sharon Vosburgh, age 54, of 182 Elm Street, Salamanca, New York died Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Olean General Hospital, Olean, New York.

Born on December 29, 1955 in Salamanca, New York, she was the daughter of Catherine Walaski Boser Pike, Washington Street, Salamanca, New York and the late Robert Boser. She was married on June 10, 1994 in Salamanca, NY, to Mr. Keith Vosburgh who survives.

She had been employed as a manager of the former UniMart in Little Valley, New York, and had previously worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the former Waters of Salamanca.

She enjoyed painting, repairing computers, and was known as a “Jack of all trades”.

Surviving besides her mother and husband are: 3 daughters, Michelle (Ashley)Hughes of Franklinville, Jaime (Donald) Kuchaneck of Killbuck, NY, Katie Mongomery of New York City, NY; 1 son, Gordon (Laura Conners) Sullivan II of Salamanca, NY; 8 grandchildren, Amanda Sullivan, A.J. Hughes, Austin Hughes, Alex Hughes, all of Franklinville, Mahala Sullivan, Gordon Sullivan III, Johnny Kuhaneck, Killbuck, NY, Sahphia Montgomery, of NYC ;2 brothers, Fred Boser, Salamanca, New York, Charles Pike, Salamanca, New York, and one niece.

She was predeceased by her brother, Gordon Boser, her step father, Charles Pike, maternal grandparents, Martin & Edith Walaski and paternal grandparents, Gordon & Bertha Boser.

Friends may call at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at which time funeral and committal services will be held.

Burial will be in Crawford Cemetery, Salamanca, New York.
