Vivian I. Fuller
Mrs. Vivian I. Fuller, 72, of Windfall Road, Kill Buck, NY died Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Olean General Hospital following a long illness.
Born January 11, 1946 in Salamanca, NY, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Gaythel Bargy Whitmer. She was married November 15, 1963 in Salamanca, NY to Leon “Doug” Fuller, who survives.
She had been employed as a bus driver with Cattaraugus/Wyoming County Head Start for over 20 years, retiring in 2007. She had previously been employed as a nurse’s aide at the former Salamanca Hospital, and at ACME Electric in Allegany and Highland Plastics in Salamanca.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, cookouts, and camping. She loved animals, especially her dogs.
Surviving besides her husband are: a daughter, Mary Fuller, Allegany, NY; a son, Leon (Molly O’Brien) Fuller Jr., Limestone, NY; two granddaughters, Jennifer Benjamin, Kill Buck, NY, Brandie Fuller, Salamanca, NY; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a sister, Janice Francis, and two brothers, Robert Whitmer and Wayne Whitmer.
There will be no visitation.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family and will be announced.
