Wanda Revetti
Wanda I. Revetti, 85, of Great Valley, New York died Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Olean General Hospital, Olean, New York.
Born December 29, 1928 in Bradford, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Doris Woodsmansee Schoch. She was married to Mr. Louis J. Revetti, who predeceased her.
She was a licensed Practical Nurse and had worked supporting several family businesses.
Wanda was a member of the Hildred Schoch Endowment Fund, Living Springs International, and supported Disabled American Veterans.
Surviving are: 2 daughters, Janis (Harry Letcher) Barczak, Great Valley, NY; Donna (Wayne) Hettenbaugh, Randolph, NY; 2 sons, Anthony (Peggy) Revetti, Salamanca, NY, Daniel (Carole) Revetti, Leesburg, VA; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; 1 sister, Phyllis (Harold) Buvoltz, Fredonia, NY; 2 brothers, Robert Schoch, Akron, OH, Major Carl Schoch, retired Salvation Army, Lancaster, PA; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by 2 brothers, George Schoch and David Schoch.
Friends may call at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, New York on Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., when funeral and committal services will be held with Major Carl Schoch officiating.
Burial will be in Tug Hill Cemetery, New Albion, New York.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to The Salvation Army, Overseas Child Sponsorship Bureau, Post Office Box C-635, West Nyack, NY 10994. Donations should be identified for the Hildred Schoch Endowment Fund.
