William G. Day III

William G. Day III, 59, of Kill Buck, NY died Friday morning, August 11, 2023 at Olean General Hospital following a long illness.

Born April 7, 1964 in Conshohocken, PA, he was the son of the late William II and Anna Killen Day.

He attended Plymouth White Mouth High School, Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Billy had been a self-employed carpenter for many years.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, the outdoors, camping, and riding motorcycles. In his younger days, he played baseball, softball, and football. He was also an avid Baltimore Ravens fan.

Surviving are: his fiancée, Lisa Jacobson, Kill Buck, NY; five daughters, Taylor Day, Alicia Day, Morgan Shanley, all of Conshohocken, PA, Shana (Kaitlyn) Shanley, Norristown, PA, Destiny Bezanis, Souderton, PA; nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild; two sisters, Barbara (George) Weidamayer, Conshohocken, PA, Linda (Phillip) Kettering, Norristown, PA; several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY.
